I’d lay at least even odds that Donald Trump would find a way to pay for it, even if that entails putting the Trump logo on the side of the restored museum piece...
I imagine there are some American businesses/artisans who, in certain cases, would be happy to donate goods/services just for the prestige use of those goods/services would offer. If not, then the bloody striped pants brigade can pay for their own damn stemware.
