There should never be “no-bid” contracts. A “no-bid contract” is a form of treason, and a direct theft from the citizens.
5.4 million for stemware? $54 a glass gets you the top of the line, did they buy 100,000 glasses? I’m guessing they paid many times that amount, and a connected friend pocketed the difference.

5.4 million tax dollars for crystal stemware? At a department store, $54 a glass is top of the line; did they buy 100,000 glasses? I’m guessing they paid many times that amount, and a connected friend pocketed the difference. Prolly all of the stemware is at Chappaqua or in the Clintons' DC mansion. Maybe some of it is at the Clinton Foundation....and Chelsea's 10 million condo.

Maybe she used the State Department coffers to purchase her personal gifts to friends, and family. Better check Chelsea's Huma's, and the Rodham Brothers' pads. Maybe Roger Clinton's drinking his booze from some of them.
