And no more mail in except for military overseas and/or actually not being in Town or confined...and again....party affiliation should be unknown.

She wants her supporters to “vote early” knowing their votes cannot be changed once cast. She wins the election, Obama pardons her, Bill, and Chelsea “for the good of the country” (think Ford/Nixon).
If the outcry is too great, she steps down and Kaine assumes the Presidency. Either way, they get to appoint Supreme Court justices that will enact their liberal agenda and she walks. A win-win for Democrats.
Her strategy is to win, and then to shut down any investigation, pardon those in her camp exposed to criminal indictments, and thumb her nose at any impeachment hearings.

They step on or kick those who bow and scrape before them, anxious to serve both of these monsters. They spit on ridiculed military aides or secret service members while they lived in the White Hut.
So, the only votes will be the early results.
