Goodell should have the refs rule the game a forfeit if a player or players take a knee or otherwise disrespect the national anthem. That would stop it in its tracks.

NBA rulebook mandates players and coaches to stand in a respectful manner, lined up at either the foul line or sideline during playing of national anthem(s).

NFL has no such mandate.

That’s unexpected. Liberals assumed that insulting our flag, our national anthem, and our country when we just wanted entertainment was a great plan. Who would have guessed that disrespect would not turn out to be a good way to start an open dialogue?

If some pollster asked, I would gladly say Kapernick has soured my interest in the NFL. The fact is, the quality of play sucks across the board. Some who have never seen high quality football might not know it, but 2016 NFL football is mediocre, boring, almost tedious, and just not worth the time.

The World Series beat the NFL in ratings last night. And that was with the Cowboys playing. The World Series was a 15.3 overnight rating, compared to 11.6 for Cowboys-Eagles.

That’s huge.

Although I suspect, most people were switching back and forth throughout the evening.
