The FBI released edited documents from their Clinton Email Investigation a few weeks ago.
From the FBI website:
Hillary Rodham Clinton served as U.S. Secretary of State from January 21, 2009 to February 1, 2013. The FBI conducted an investigation into allegations that classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on a personal e-mail server she used during her tenure.

And I would say that an ENERGIZED President and Attorney General could make a CONSTITUTIONAL case that someone (A former President) who issued a pardon illegally because he/she was involved in the crime in some manner is INVALID and UNCONSTITUTIONAL. And I would expect them to pursue it up to a fully-staffed Supreme Court.

Tanden was still seeing month later, when she emailed Podesta to suggest that the person responsible for letting Hillary set up a private email server should be “drawn and quartered,” an elaborate and brutal method of execution that involves the victim being partially hanged, disemboweled, forced to watch as their vital organs are burned alive, beheaded, dismembered, pulled apart by horses, and having their body parts displayed in various locations as a warning to would be dissenters.
“Do we actually know who told Hillary she could use a private email?” Tanden wrote. “And has that person been drawn and quartered?”
Podesta wrote back, suggested that Mills was to blame, just as Tanden had previously suggested.
“I repeat, why hasn’t this person been drawn and quartered?” Tanden replied.

Where’s Congress?
Find them in contempt for destroying subpoenaed documents and jail them. Congress does not need an Executive agency, Congress has all the authority it needs.
Will Paul Ryno do anything? No. The held the PRN guy in contempt and did NOTHING. They’re a $^#% joke.
