A Hampton University poll released Wednesday shows Donald Trump up three-points over Hillary Clinton among Virginia voters, 44 percent to 41 percent — a dramatic shift for a poll that just weeks ago had the Democratic presidential nominee holding a double-digit lead over the Republican.
The Virginia university’s survey results come after the FBI announced Friday the reopening of a probe into Mrs. Clinton’s emails.

I’m in Virginia and talked to a friend today, a black male small business owner. He brought up the election and I was happy to hear that he supports Trump, big league. He said Hillary is too corrupt. Go Trump!

Stirewald was making the point that there were 5 other polls which said that Hillary was ahead by several percentage points and that this was the only poll which showed Trump ahead. We’ll know soon who was right.
