NATO troops will be put on a higher state of alert because of increasing tensions with Vladimir Putin and Russia, the head of the military alliance has said.

Commanders are also set to prepare a huge land force to terrify the Russians into not showing aggression.

Sir Adam Thomson, Britain's outgoing permanent representative to Nato, has said the goal is to speed up the response time of up to 300,000 military personnel to about two months.

Russia can still go through NATO in 60 hours. The size of these forces were taken into account in the Rand study.

The Left is always droning on about Republicans being the warmongers, yet their hero has us involve in, what seven, small wars and is rattling sabers trying to cause WWIII.

And the latter is happening over a complete fantasy made up to cover their a$$es.

European Nato countries are ‘worried’ about Russians at their doorstep? Really? While they allow millions of sapper Muslim ISIS sapper ‘refugees’ with open arms and paychecks?

The US as a part of this? Still one day to the election and this government (Obama and Hillary) have to keep the ruse about Russia being the big bugaboo for all our foreign policy problems.

I can’t think of anything more ridiculous at the moment except Neville Chamberlain and his “Peace in Our Time” delusion.

Yep, smaller conflicts which escalate and no one even knows why we are there. Then a republican President gets in office and they all blame him for the mess.
More dems presidents have got us into wars then Republicans btw.

History repeats itself. Over the years I've noticed authors and talk show hosts relate that all the major wars that America has suffered were overwhelmingly started by Democrats.

Weakness begets conflict. And if you put dumb-ass children in charge of adult toys they are going to abuse them and not take care of them. And if you are not careful they will crash and burn them.
