while also being disgusted by his and his family’s lack of support for Donald Trump
What are you? One of his useful idiots?

It was HIM and his family's lack of support (and worse) for Trump.

Is this supposed to be some sort of reparation for his fraudulent war, costing a trillion dollars, a hundred thousand lives and the destruction of Christianity in the middle East?

He’s going to need a lot more paint.

Bush wrote on Facebook that he's spent several months painting the portraits of 98 wounded warriors "who were injured carrying out my orders."
There is something really sick about that.

I'm perfectly aware of what all the so-called #NeverTrumpers did, including the Bush family. I cut them zero slack for it. Any Republican and/or conservative who would actually prefer to see Hillary Clinton elected than Donald Trump justifiably deserves our contempt. However, it is possible to despise what the #NeverTrumpers did while at the same time recognizing the good that GWB does for veterans.

In my view, Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, George Will, Bill Kristol, and several others are far, far worse than GWB.

I don’t know about that! I do distinctly remember him closing the border after 9-11 for awhile! I also remember that the Mexican President-Vincente Fox said he was sad about that, but understood it, because of what happened in the terrorist attack! Now I realize that you and a lot of people on here talk about him like he is the devil, but all that above is true!

I will never forgive him for letting border agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso linger in Prison until his last days in office. Even then he only commuted, not pardon them:(

No he did not close the border, although he should have, he took amnesty off the table until after his re-election, that’s what Fox was upset about.
He reduced border and interior enforcement, he locked up border patrol agents for doing their job, and then once re-elected he tried to jam amnesty down our throats TWICE.
The Bush family is largely responsible for the 30 million illegal aliens we have here and the 30 year bipartisan policy of non-enforcement that led to them being here.
They were behind the nominations of the two Designated Losers that gave us the Kenyanesian Usurpation.
They wanted only amnesty candidates nominated so that the citizens could not stop the illegal alien inundation.
Yeb! was supposed to be the next Designated Loser.
They got Trumped this time and it was his giving us the opportunity to keep the rule of law and our country that ticked them off so bad they refused to vote for the Republican nominee.
A pox on all Bushes, and that includes George P. Bush, despite his politically expedient vote for Trump.
BTW, he is ineligible, his mother was still a Mexican national when he was born, so he is NOT a natural born citizen, just another reason the GOP went along with the Kenyanesian Usurpation.
They wanted to run ineligible candidates, too.
Rubio, Cruz, Haley, Jindal and George P. Bush are ALL ineligible.

W would often leave the Whitehouse in the middle of the night and greet the planes carrying the bodies of our fallen warriors. No cameras, no photo op, just a man whom I’m sure was praying for those men and asking them to forgive him.

Yeah, he commuted their sentences, because pardoning them would’ve implied they were guilty of what they did! If they weren’t said to be guilty, why pardon them? It’s the same as Scooter Libby. If he wasn’t guilty, why pardon him? George Bush

did a lot of good things too, why condemn him for a few things you don’t like? How about taking federal money away for embryonic stem cell research? He was highly praised for that by pro-life activists! Or all the efforts he’s taking for the wounded veterans? Many, not all, veterans and active-duty military love him for that; even if they have reasons to disagree with for other things!

Oh but I’m sure you Bush-bashers and haters will always find some thing to shove in my face about what he did wrong! tsk!

Maybe you’ve forgotten, but didn’t a lot of conservative Republicans and even some left-wing Democrats support him in that? What about all those world-leaders who went along with him? Come on now, there was a big coalition out there that went along with hime on that! If it was so fraudulent as you say, why would they go along with him on that? Were they his puppets or something? I don’t think so! I would imagine that like the Dem.s and Repub.s in Congress at that time, that they got the same intelligence briefings! So no, I don’t see where it was a “fraudulent war” at all! Go figure?

It was a fraud. I haven’t forgotten the Curveball hoax that Achmed Chalabi served up to PNAC neocons and a White House who couldn’t wait to gobble it down. I haven’t forgotten Dubya’s assurances delivered in person to the United Nations general assembly that we KNEW where the WMDs were. I haven’t forgotten Condi Rice’s cynical terrorism in her menacing reference to mushroom clouds. I haven’t forgotten Rumsfeld’s lies about a comprehensive plan for us to take control in Iraq, nor his contemptible mockery of concerns when it was clear that civil order had broken down. Finally, I have not forgotten my alarm at the time over the inevitable destruction of Christianity in the middle East. The wretched, iniquitous stampeding of my country into this war, cheered on by elements pursuing a vendetta against Saddam Hussein no matter what the cost, was a crime that dwarfs even those of the Clinton crime family. And that is saying a lot.
