Obama's EO's/directives are not rules or laws.
They are un-Constitutional legislating from the White House.
Plus there is always civil disobedience
The left does it all the time.

That means ABOLISHING THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL REGULATORY STATE AND ALL REGULATIONS which are unconstitutional laws that have not been made through the legislative branch of Congress.
