It’s illegal. It’s all the way illegal. Regardless of intent, regardless of content. She moved her top secret messaging off a secure gov’t server. I have never understood, from day #1, why any further detail is relevant. That she NEVER HAD a gov’t account means EVERY top secret of SCIP message she ever sent or received is automatically a law violation and had to be a law violation.

The guy who took pix of his submarine is in jail regardless of his intent. He is jail because the information (the image of the sub) moved from a secure location to an insecure location. I still see no equivocation about any of this.

Trump has taken a “hands off” position, which is as it should be. If he allows the DOJ to do its job, all is well.

She insisted multiple times that she did not recall being warned that her email practices could violate federal recordkeeping laws

Well then, Mrs. Clinton, you are either complicit or incompetent ... which one is it?

This no makeup, shuffling in the woods, roaming in a bookstore routine is a calculated act. The Clintons never do anything by chance. She’s playing Hillary ‘The Chin’ Gigante to avoid prosecution by the Trump administration, or at least by an independent counsel. “Don’t investigate me, bro’ !!!”

Clinton’s attorneys said the estimate came from the former Democratic nominee’s conversations with her lawyers, which are protected by attorney-client privilege.

Can someone explain to me how Clinton's lawyers can know how large percentage of the work-related e-mails had been captured by the State Dept Systems, and in that case why that knowledge is protected by attorney-client privilege?

Sounds like total BS.

>>Hillary Clinton’s attorneys are resisting a demand from a conservative watchdog group to provide more information regarding the set-up of the private email server used during her time as secretary of state.<<

The exact reason she should be prosecuted by the incoming administration. It's not about vengeance for an ugly campaign...it's truly about the rule of law.

Everyone being held accountable for their actions, regardless status, position or wealth. Otherwise, there is no rule of law.

Incidentally....I really hate that phrase. The rule of law.

Perhaps Trump can have clean hands in her demise, & Judicial Watch will be the one to bring her & Bill & the Foundation down.

Either way——LOCK HER UP has to continue to resonate with Trump supporters.

The voting citizens need to have trust in the words Law & Order.
