Trump would best get terrorism/war inxurance clauses for his properties.
Costs a bit but...

I would expect Trumps companies to grow faster in the next 8 years then the past 8 even if he were to spend his presidency watching sporting events and playing golf.

...sparking concerns his investments could color his decision-making in office. I expect them to. He isn't entering office from the perspective of a politician who seeks to rule over us but while being insulated from the effects of his own policies--he is entering as a private citizen who understands that the actions of government affect people's lives. I also expect him to make decisions that will protect his investments--thus, he will not launch into military conflict over cyber attacks the way Hillary was threatening to. He'll avoid conflicts, since he stands to lose investments over them.

Look, Peter Schweitzer called Trump out on this. He has got to hand his business interests over to his kids, or else put it in a blind trust. He is the soon-to-be President now, the last thing I want to hear is that he brokered a peace treaty with Assad in exchange to build a Trump Tower in Damascus. Even Breitbart has been harsh on Trump, criticizing his Dept. of Education pick.
If you FReepers think I'm going to sit back and be complacent on Trump, you're crazy. My end objective is getting the Constitution restored and the federal government limited.

Trump, a businessman who has never held public office, has real estate and leisure holdings all over the world, sparking concerns his investments could color his decision-making in office. I'm just petrified by concern.
NOT!
