Every single paean from the left states how Castro improved education and health care. Even if that were true (I have severe doubts about Cuban health care and what benefit is literacy when the government restricts your reading to the pontifications of El Commandante!?)does that excuse his murderous oppression?
If I’m not mistaken, didn’t Castro send lots of Cuban trained “doctors” through out South America, only to have most rejected because their training was about “witch doctor” and shaman level?
I’ve read that legitimate Cuban trained doctors who fled to the USA require lots of retraining in the real Medical field.
