Sorry, but we already gave them a black state with Liberia. We paid for the land, paid for their transportation and continue to their major source of foreign aid, but they turned it into a sh!thole.

Furthermore, they are the majority of the population and run major cities like Detroit and Los Angeles, and those are both sh!tholes, too.
