I have a tankless electric. It cut electric bill by one third over the regular electric.
That is what we were thinking of. Is there a brand better than another? I know Rush advertises Rinnai (sp?).
I’d not heard of a tankless water hearter. We also have electric. Our plummer tried to talk us into gas and I insisted on continuing with electric. Also had an electric starter put on our gas furnace years ago. I had a gas oven blow up on me once. It still scares me being around gas.
