I don’t see how she has standing to get the relief she’s requesting. There’s no way a statewide recount would result in her winning the state. The judge should slap down this lawsuit pretty hard. I predict more winning!

I’ve been reading all the posts on this thread shouting, “It’s Over!”, knowing all along that Stein/Clinton/Soros will not rest until they are physically restrained from trying to steal the election.
I don’t know what it’s going to take to end this madness, but they’re not done. Not by a long shot.

“There is a huge anomaly hiding in these numbers. Notice in the same time Donald lost 14,000 votes, Pat Toomey (R) gained 4,000 votes. In the final figures, 61,049 more people voted for president than voted in the Senate election. In the figures archived, 80,017 more people voted for president than voted in the Senate election. There were about 6.1 million ballots cast in total. About 250,000 votes came in with the final 70 precincts. Out of those, either 7.5% more ballots had no vote for president than had no vote for the Senate, or they edited the ballots to remove Presidential votes. In 70 precincts out of 9,163, they literally removed 25% of the difference between the Senate vote totals and the Presidential vote totals. They aren’t stuffing ballots! They’re replacing the ballots with forgeries! The only way that differential could decrease in the final tally is if, at a minimum 18,968 ballots were changed…”

Yesterday, the Green Party withdrew its demand that the State of Pennsylvania conduct a statewide recount. This withdrawal validates the state’s previous conclusion giving Donald Trump the win of its electoral votes. It also removes hope held by Clinton supporters that recounts in several other states might change the outcome of the November 8 election of Donald J. Trump to the Presidency of the United States.
Lawyers for the Green Party withdrew their lawsuit, saying they don’t have the $1 million bond required to continue the challenge filed to initiate the recount, the Associated Press reported on December 3.
The lawsuit aimed to supplant state law to force a recount, according to the Pennsylvania Republican Party.
A statement from the state party celebrated the end of the Green Party lawsuit, saying that the effort was “completely without merit” from the start.

The governor plays no role. In the event of a controversy in the appointment of electors, the state legislature has plenary power to choose the slate.

The Chester County (PA) Democratic Committee (CCDC) collected enough affidavits to have at least 60% of our precincts recounted. We collected over 400 affidavits in about 3 days to force this recount. An exceptional effort.
This recount is independent of the court-ordered recount that the Stein campaign cancelled. We took our affidavits directly to Voter Services, not the court system. It is being done at no cost to the petitioners. Two officers of the CCDC led this effort with strong support from our Zone Leaders and Committee Persons. It should be noted that we did this as volunteers for the Stein campaign, not for any other political party or organization. We had good support from the Stein campaign who sent two lawyers to Chester County to help us with the legal details.
It should be noted that we have paper ballots in Chester County which are counted by machine. Chester County is one of only 6 or 8 counties in Pennsylvania which vote using paper ballots.
