Hopefully this means that they’re confident the court won’t hear the appeal.

Don’t want the Left to have any ammo to scream “the fix was in!” for four years after the Court turns this down.
Trump should rescind his list of possible nominees. This is a distasteful precedent. Now Democrats can impugn the impartiality of anyone on his list.
I believe they are under consideration by Trump for Federal judgeships. I’m not a lawyer, but I slept at a Holiday Inn last night.

The Dem hacks never recuse themselves. Recall one of Obamas Supremes helped author Obamacare and ruled on it when she got in.

Trump should add the Democrat judges to his list so they have to recuse themselves as well.
That would have ended it for me. They just proved they don't have the mettle to fight the war we are in.
They both recused themselves from hearing the case because both are on Trump’s list of potential Supreme Court Nominees.
