They are stalling until they know how many votes to steal.
Milwaukee and Dane County recount won’t change the outcome.
More than likely it’s due to vote tampering in those areas and they’re trying to figure out how to not have their scam exposed.
Like Detroit, there likely is so much voter fraud in the Black precincts that they dare not open the books. These states should be monitored by the federal government, just as the southern states have been for 40 years. The real voting irregularities are in the Democrat-controlled northern states.
Force of habit. They always turn theirs in last so they know how many fraudulent votes to inject.
There’s not enough votes to steal. Trump doesn’t have enough votes to switch there. Don’t worry, Trump the RNC and Walker have those areas blanketed in lawyers, they will challenge any and all “found” votes. I was reading on a Dem site a green observers complaints about Trump having an army of lawyers in Michigan ensuring a fair recount. He’s got it covered.
How can 95% be in if the most populace counties are not in?
Milwaukee and Dane County recount wont change the outcome.

I realize that. They may be stalling because they don’t want certify their electors by the Dec. 13 deadline.
That is the most likely reason.
They don’t want their fraud exposed.
Could they be intentionally stalling to try to push it past the Dec. 13 deadline to certify?
WINNER !
Not since The War of Northern Aggression.
My bet is they’re more afraid of going to jail.
Theres not enough votes to steal. Trump doesnt have enough votes to switch there.

I am not worried about them stealing enough votes. My only concern is if they’re intentionally stalling to push it past the Dec. 13 deadline to certify.
Either way, it appears that Michigan will certify by then because their state supreme court ruled to end the recount.
My bet is theyre more afraid of going to jail.

I would love to see a lot of people go to jail for election fraud. Maybe a few of them would learn a lesson.
The WI state legislature can still certify. Milwaukee only says minor changes, the Dane county votes are not enough to make any difference. 2000 USSC decision and the constitution gives legislators the power to do that.
Since the War of Northern Aggression. Damn computer.
