That is an assault and is a crime. I think it also adulterating a food product which is a federal offense. Stockton is not so small it doesn’t have a good number of detectives to investigate this matter.
God willing, someone will do some serious prison time.
Pretty easy to narrow down who the perp was. Just look for an over abundance of melanin.
That Starbucks should be closed and the offender fired and blocked from welfare. BLM should be sued (like they did the KKK long ago) and put out of business.
