Michael Jackson did have his back turned toward the officer when shot, but that is only because he was using the moonwalk attack.
In the long run it’s probably better to run it all the way through the system. Any settlement will encourage similar expectations in future dead thug cases. If this onw results in zero dollars to Brown’s parents it’ll be a victory and a positive precedent.
Certain amount of that is true, wonder though, how much it Ferguson would pay just to make this matter “go away”. Thanks.
Theyd get more by asking the state to pay them the money saved by not having to deal with this career criminal for decades.
From what I remember, Michael Brown wasn’t living with either one of his parents. I think he was living with his grandmother. Darren Wilson was justified in shooting him, and they deserve nothing.
FWIW - looks like an interesting starting point for some research.
No greater example of the consequences of Marxian “abolition of the family” than that, at least in the public eye.
“........deprived them of financial support through his future potential wages.”........
Just like I would have expected from “Gibsmedats” who have been living off the rest of society for years. Obviously they don’t want to or refuse to work for a living so they want to live of their dead son who, more than likely would have followed in the corrupt footsteps anyway. Some parents!
They wanted nothing to do with him until after he died and they realized they could make money off of him. What horrible people.
“Burn the Bitch down!”. Those were the words of Louis Head, boyfriend of Baby Momma Lezley McSpadden. The angry crowd were so inspired by Louis Head’s command, that they torched, looted, assaulted and burned Ferguson Mo..
It seems to me that the birth parents are responsible for all the damage to Ferguson they inspired. Michael Brown was a large man who robbed and assaulted a store owner, and a police officer. The public is entitled to know the academic and medical records of the deceased, at the very least.
It would be helpful to have the financial records for the birth Mother and Father, as well as their educational and work experience. Taxpayers need to be compensated.
The city should settle. Give the parents a box of Swisher Sweets.
Buh-bye.
The city should file a lawsuit against the parents for the damage their thug progeny did to the city.
The following are their "wages": Shoplifting, robbery, burglary, drug sales, extortion, hit man pay, etc.
If he was educated in public school, those records should belong to the city. And as you cannot defame a dead person, there should be no reason to keep them sealed. Dead people do not have a right to privacy...as they are dead.
Michael Jackson ...?
Should have finished my cup of coffee before I posted that.
My stupid ex found out restraining orders work both ways. She was a rodeo ‘queen’. No matter, I was on the Board of Directors. With her sitting right there, I asked her attorney if he had informed his client of that fact because she would not be allowed on the rodeo grounds during rodeo season. He said no and she started balling! Sweet, sweet, sweet! Needless to say, she cancelled the order.
Mine found out about discovery when my lawyer, who had subpoenaed a credit application she had filled out, produced it in court. She had lied about her income to the tune of about $40,000. This was very significant in a child support hearing. She lost about $200 a month in child support among several other issues. Basically, I won everything. It was hilarious watching her on the witness stand. She fell right in to my attorney’s strategy; she started sputtering, and then got extremely sarcastic and pissed off. That always impresses the judge. It’s amazing how stupid people can be sometimes.
