I think Ryan defines leadership as doing what someone else tells him to do while acting like it was his idea all along, even if was previously against it.
Yes I already acknowledged that I didn’t read far enough because I saw red and assumed Ryan was going to remain the dick that he has been up to very recent memories. Good on him, but the jury is still out on him as far as I am concerned.
Not 30 hours ago, Ryan was arrogantly puffing his chest saying there will be no tariffs! Anything to trump TRUMP is his clarion call (on bringing jobs back to America).
The Hastert Rule may well bring Ryan down. He is such a thorn in the HOR, he is reduced to a secretary and won’t enjoy that very long.
Also, Ryan under Gomert’s report can not possibly please his globalist amnesty donors by going neutral on their agenda. If he is truly toothless, he is of no further use to them.

No, I admit it, I thought it meant what it has meant with regards to Ryan on numerous occasions in the past. So I stopped reading when I started seeing so much red. Of course he is still surrendering like always, but for once to the right person. 8>)

I'm glad you posted the article, even though it gave the wrong impression, initially. It's good to see that Ryan is getting his mind right.
Those very reasons are the reason I assumed, rather than read on, and totally missed to whom he had surrendered to. Sometimes I need to step back and calm down and then read on. 8>)

Ryan just recently pledged that we wouldn’t raise tariffs.
Ryan still doesn’t get it.
Trump gets it. We need to get Ryan out of the speaker position. But I have no doubt that Trump will steamroll Ryan over the tariff issue.
