A MIGRANT rapist will avoid jail after he sexually assaulted a five-year-old boy.
The convicted teenager, 15, forced his victim to perform a sex act on him just months after arriving in Britain from Europe.
The youth, who cannot be named due to legal reasons, admitted the attack in a Derbyshire Youth Court and received a three year youth rehabilitation order for the attack, which took place on October 30, 2015.
However, the decision to hand the teenager a three year sentence was appealed.
But the Solicitor General, Tory MP Robert Buckland, will not send the case to the Court of Appeal because the “court would not increase the sentence”, meaning the teenager will avoid a prison sentence.
A spokesperson for the Attorney General Office said: “Having carefully reviewed the papers, the Solicitor General has concluded that if the sentence imposed on the offender was referred to the Court of Appeal, the Court would not increase the sentence.
“He has therefore decided not to refer the case to the Court of Appeal.”
At the time of sentencing, the migrant was told he would have received “a very substantial period in prison” if he was tried as an adult.
Judge Jonathan Bennett, sentencing, said at the time: “This was a very unpleasant offence against a young boy and experts will want to work with you to ensure this will never be repeated again.

When governments no longer protect the safety of their people, it is our duty to take back the powers we have delegated to government and to solve these problems ourselves. The correct penalty for a rapist who molests a kindergarten child is death, not lessons on why rape is bad. If government will not lock that predator up forever, I would expect the people and especially the child's father to seek another solution.
How is it that muslim terrorists and criminals in Europe and America seem to have the power
to cause otherwise somewhat rational people to turn into idiotic goofballs?
I hope the Trump administration systematically communicates these stories to the electorate... they certainly won’t hear them from the Big Lies Media.

It’s their culture and Europe must adapt or they shall be called racist. Besides, how can someone, steeped in the Bacha Bazi culture, be expected to control himself when a smooth skinned 5 year old is present?
I do not know what is so difficult to understand about this particular section of our Declaration of Independence. Our forefathers were not idiots. I am sure there were people of such a nature they were predators on others in our soon to be country; they did not need to continue with their lives and especially if they raped, robbed, killed and pillaged. In our Declaration of Independence is the solution.
