You can’t use a P.O. Box for car registration. You need an actual street address.

I use an "actual street address" for my car registration. Just happens that the street address is a UPS Store in town. All my mail goes there. They accept packages where the sender says, "Cannot be delivered to PO Boxes." And they send me an email when I receive a package.

Good service.

Is that also where you are registered to vote?

Exactly and if you want to use a PO box you use the streetable address or put a partial street on the first line and your po box on the second. This guy could have picked any address he has that he wants mail to go to. You don’t need to ask for permission. But he decided to act like a bafoon.
