The only close to true zero global footprint thing humanity could do would be to commit complete mass suicide.
That being absurd, the goal should be that the human footprint is to the good, rather than to the ill. Sometimes humans can make deserts bloom without creating worse wastelands around (cf. modern Israel).
How in heck did our good old cousins the Canadians fall for this complete jerk?
I have many old friends in Alberta. Many of them voted for Trudeau, so let them they reap what they sowed.
I know some had issues with Harper....but to vote in someone like this drama Queen? What the hell were they thinking?

When Trump lowers business taxes far below yours, then jettisons the whole carbon credits thing.... tell me ... why the hell would any sane business want to build in Canada? They wont.
