It is my personal view that Rush uses FreeRepublic regularly for his show prep, then he ironically calls his show the show prep for the media.
Of course, without attribution or dismissive attribution.
So, Freepers, take a bow.
Rush talks and makes bug money, but he never led a protest or showed at one, during the whole eight years of Obama’s damaging Presidency.
Trump fought back hard, taking on the Democrats, the Republicans and the entire media, all while Rush stayed on the sidelines and would not even support him until he had to to keep hiss creds with his audience.
It was the American conservatives, with the Tea Party and the huge DC rallies, that put the markers down and mounted the resistance, that grew and grew into political victories, no thanks to the GOP elites.
Not Rush and not Fox News.
Well said. It seems most of conservative pimps of punditry steal liberally here. I have found the more I contribute and read here the less I can stand the talk radio and all the ads
Im not sure I have a problem with any of what you view as being objectionable If Rush uses FR for research and gets some of his best ideas from here, yes indeed JimRob and all of us should be proud of our role, take a bow and be very thankful for the opportunity to provide a contribution to changing the mindset of the country. Im just glad there is somebody who has the platform large enough to make the points he does to the public at large and Rush to a large extent created that platform long before he, you or I ever heard of FR. As for him not leading a protest, we all do what we can and in his case, that probably would be counterproductive.
Trump fought back hard, taking on the Democrats, the Republicans and the entire media, all while Rush stayed on the sidelines and would not even support him until he had to to keep hiss creds with his audience.
To say "Rush stayed on the sidelines" is a ridiculous way over-reach but sure
. it took some time for him to get it. As the old saying goes, A wise man changes his mind
.a fool never does.
Bump! Rush played middle of the road for way too long.
