CNN’s Jake Tapper, and many other pundits, assert there is “no evidence” to support Trump’s belief about a large number of illegal votes cast in the election. As a trial lawyer, our method of assessing the factual basis of a claim differs from some in the press: what would admissible evidence look like to support each side of a claim if tried to a jury under the rules of evidence? Answer? Trump actually has some evidence on his side.

The best study on the subject — a study that meets the Daubert standards for admissible evidence in a jury trial in a legal courtroom — provides substantial evidence that non-citizen voting alone likely reached over a million in this election. A trio of well-regarded scholars used scientifically approved methods to study the question of non-citizen voting in federal elections. The result of their study published in one of the best-regarded peer-review political science journals, Electoral Studies. The evidence from their study suggested upwards of 10% of non-citizens voted in 2008; given the issues implicated in this election, a higher number would be a reasonable inference for a jury to conclude. Given the increase in non-citizen members of the population, the same study’s conclusions would project out to millions of illegal votes from non-citizen voters in this election.

Correct, there is massive evidence of fraud having been a significant contributor to Democrat votes in every election since the mid ‘90s.
The MSM is simply playing the “Big Lie” tool for as long as they can hold it.
The judges that had ordered the recounts in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania all saw the fraud rearing its head, and cancelled the recounts to keep from embarrassing the DNC.

It is noteworthy that we started seeing the “11 million illegal immigrants” number way back in 2003, so in all likelihood, the REAL number is 20-25 million illegals.

There is no disputing the FACT that Loretta Sanchez (D) CA and Al Franken (D) MI were both put into congress via illegal votes, but confirmed by democrat controlled houses.
Trump wouldn’t be pushing this agenda if he didn’t have the evidence.
He already has the goods through his private sources. He’ll name a commission to investigate and their findings will be made public. Hopefully it will change the way elections are held.

Suppose there are 30 million non-citizens in the US (Student visa, h1b, green card, tourist, many other visa categories and illegal immigrants). 10% of 30 million is 3 million, not 1 million. I realize the numbers are for 08 and 16 respectively. But even so, this just does not add up.
Furthermore, there is a big jump from votes being cast in the names of non-citizens to non-citizens actually voting. My firsthand knowledge is that natural born citizens commit the vote fraud. Natural born citizens vote multiple times using the names of the dead, those who have moved away, and of non-citizens and others they can expect won't try to vote in person.
This Identity Theft is mostly committed by employee and contract patronage of low level incumbents. That patronage has to deliver the vote in order to keep their special place at the trough of taxpayer money.
Most non-citizens recorded as voting actually no more vote than do the dead recorded as voting.
O’Muslim encouraged illegals to vote.
President Trump can use that video evidence too.
