It was my understanding that both Seals and SpecOps are trained using water-boarding.
Is that not so anymore ..?? And, if it is so, will Mattis stop it ..??
I went through that exact training in 1969, but I understand that it was stopped a few years later (to appease the sissies).
You don’t need a board. All you need is a towel to wrap around their head and stand them on their head and pour the water down the towel. The board is handy if only one person is doing the cleansing.
