A bill can not “override” an EO unless it repeals its statutory authority. The authority for this EO comes from the Constitution and from statute, so Feinstein is out of luck.

FR is where I first read about the attack. I read it as it was breaking last night. The main street media is not covering it, I was in full sarcasm mode, almost didn’t put the /s at the end of my post. FOX news is covering it now.
