Apologies if this has been posted. The latest stories about the child being killed prompted my searching for the back story.

Here’s hoping that they didn’t hesitate for a nanosecond.

Since when have Spec Ops become hollywierd stars?
I thank God the USMC hasn’t fallen for the ‘let’s make a movie and bring it to the wide screen on the nightly propaganda hour’.

I do hope there's an investigation going on to determine how the Yemeni terrorists learned about the attack. I also wonder if the hasty ban wasn't enforced to keep terrorists who left before the raid from boarding flights from the US.
Pure speculation.

I could be wrong, but it seems we are involved in Yemen as the muscle for for Saudi Arabia.

Well, how about that? Exactly what I speculated yesterday. Jihadis train their women and children to be fighters and terrorists. Not to mention that all terrorists are civilians.

I’ve only ever seen one Osprey in flight and it was loud as heck, akin to a Chinook on its best day.
I’m guessing the Osprey was used due to the mission being beyond chopper range?

When I read of this raid a few days ago, it was written in a way that made it sound like the female fighters were WITH the US team.

I want an executive order,
“US will not risk troops unless we are trying to retrieve something physically from the location regardless of collateral damage”
In other words, don’t hang around terrorists, they will get you killed.

We had better get used to killing women and children, they are jihadists too.
Anwar al-Awlaki’s kids are just as eligible to be President as Ted Cruz.

Davis said the U.S. is still assessing whether civilians were killed.
Define civilian.
Does she have a weapon ?
Should we even care civilians were killed ?
Civilians whose sympathies lie with the bad guys ?
Who shield and protect bad guys ?
