I dont see any of these Judges up for re-election any time soon. Thats too bad. In todays partisan climate, it might be worth considering. Federal Judges don't stand for re-election. It's a lifetime tenure appointment.

It takes 2/3 of the Senate to remove them, but only 50 votes to take away their jurisdiction and/or add judges to the 9th circuit. Both steps should be taken, but Turtlehead will be afraid.
