“When a country is no longer able to say who can, and who cannot , come in & out, especially for reasons of safety &.security - big trouble!”

Unfortunately, in this case, the federal judge does speak for the country.

And while President Trump cannot remove the federal judge, Trump can grant Pardons to all Homeland Security Agents that refuse to follow the federal judge’s order.

President Trump could also fire or suspend all Homeland Security Agents and replace them with Military Police who would be completely under President’s Trump’s control.

To almost everything you suggested.....no, that isn't the way the law works. Much easier to appeal and win, than cause more legal issues.

Has anybody actually seen the full decision, yet? I am wondering if it holds up to even subtle scrutiny. The judge is essentially blocking use of a 65 year old law.

The problem though is that this could bring up impeachment proceedings by the left against trump, no? The left are straining their cataract riddles blind eyeballs to find anything they can to bring impeachment charges agaisnt him

.............................................................
The federal judge does NOT speak for the country as his restraining order countermands the Constitution! President Trump was entirely within his rights when he issued the EO. The days of bench legislation ARE OVER!

Are you kidding. A Federal judge has only his district and not the Country. Second he cannot overrule a legal President authority set forth in the Constitution.

Usually federal judge’s jurisdiction is quite small. Even appellate court is only a relatively small portion of the country. Not sure why this applies across the entire country.

I guess I missed the part in my high school civics class where a federal circuit judge can nullify a presidential order. Please fill us in. State the constitutional article and paragraph. Thank you.

Oh, yeh. Also highlight the constitutional paragraphs where it states that a judge is the supreme ruler of the country, with legal power to overrule both the US congress and the president.
