What a wimp. Did our future justice break down crying like Sen. Chuck Schumer? Sorry, this is not Antonin Scalia. And just what horrible thing had our president said?
A “so-called judge” blocked the travel ban, said Trump. And the arguments in court, where 9th Circuit appellate judges were hearing the government’s appeal, were “disgraceful.” “A bad student in high school would have understood the arguments better.”
Did the president disparage a couple of judges? Yep.

Congress and the President have the power to dissolve all Federal Courts excepting the Supreme Court.
Congress is the second part of the problem. There are only three parts.
What are the steps that need to be taken?? I would assume he would need the Senate’s backing? Correct? If so don’t hold your breath! They want him impeached just as much as the dirty rats!

Trump COULD have broken judicial power by REFUSING to abide by this district judge’s TRO — leaving his ban in place during appeals. But he obeyed it, and now he is SUNK, as the 4-4 SCOTUS will deadlock on it. Trump SCREWED up big time.

Congress would never do it for fear of being called a Nazi regime dictatorship blah blah....the media would literally give them hell and Soros would double his effort and monies towards bigger protest! And the spineless congressman and Senators would melt like fundue cheese!! Sorry folks but every which way you look at it we are screwed! There is no path without the support of both houses! And like I said before they so desperately would love to impeach Trump as well! How do I know? Because the Senate would’ve called an emergency session to use the nuclear option on trumps SC justice tonight! those judges just created a constitutional crisis and our representative should’ve immediately responded and taking action ..but not a peep out of them!

This is a stinging defeat. I am sitting here just praying that the next headline is some sort of an answer to this political failure that is catastrophic in nature.
Trump blinked, I suspected this a few days ago but have hoped in vain that somehow I was wrong.
I can’t see how he can get anything done if he’s going to allow left wing fed judges interfere with his leadership? In this case, the language of the EO rights could NOT HAVE BEEN MORE CLEAR. So what about places that are more dicey?

Gorsuch hasn't denied it and he has had days to do so!
This is the tactic...every single thing that Trump does or says is now going to engender a LAW SUIT.
No he didn't. He's teaching the Judiciary who runs Barter Town.
Trump can order the state department to revoke all visas from the affected countries. No Visa, no coming to America. All the embassies which issue the Visas are in foreign countries. No US court has jurisdiction at those Embassies.
The courts can't do a D@mned thing except whine.
