This was just announced on Fox News. Looks like Trump threatening to take it to the full Appellate court has made the 9th Circuit a bit nervous. They want to hear more. HA!
The 9th circuit is a ridiculous circus that can never be taken seriously, except that there’s serious consequences for their irresponsibility. They really do not care if thousands die because of their recklessness.

So, the whole group is riding to the rescue (for their own credibility) ..?? Maybe when Trump read the STATUTE THAT GAVE HIM FULL AUTHORITY TO DO WHAT HE WANTED TO DO - MAYBE .. JUST MAYBE .. THEY FINALLY GOT THE PICTURE .. So now, the adults need to come to the rescue.

They aren’t afraid. They just want to bog Trump down in months of 9th circuit full court deliberations (followed by 4-4- at the SC.) It’s a trap. No doubt they are worried Trump may not take that bait and they might end up not controlling the situation.
I think we need to institute a quality control rule for judges on the federal level. after X reversals in a four year period by a higher court that judge is reviewed for possible suspension by the higher court. it just seems like a waste time and money when the justices decide to put out rulings that they know can’t stand the muster of judicial review.
Fuck them. Deprive all district courts and courts of appeal of jurisdiction over any and all legal matters involving aliens.
What the 3 judge panel did amounted to a Judicial Coup. It sounds like an adult on the court woke up to the fact that the President acted within the law and they want a Judicial do over.
Only 1 judge asked for the review by the whole panel. If a majority of the other justices don’t want it, it won’t happen.
And the 9th Circus mocked the citizens, “Let them eat cake.”
Whatever. They just want to “win” again and the 9th is the only place they’ve had success
Sounds like the 9th Circuit Loons got wind of the fact that the GOP is drafting legislation to break up their 9th Circuit gaggle of insane hacks.
Trump needs to rescind the order and not tell anyone. make them work on nothing for a couple of months.
The Government has not shown that the Executive Order provides what due process requires, such as notice and a hearing prior to restricting an individual’s ability to travel.The President can work around this rather easily.
Now it's possible that en banc review will result in the same decision but with a worse published opinion, one which would make it harder to issue a supplemental order.
