Sunday on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” reacted to the 9th Circuit Court ruling upholding the blocking of President Trump‘s executive order halting immigrants from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States senior advisor to President Donald Trump Stephen Miller said, there was no such thing as “judicial supremacy.”
Partial transcript as follows:
TODD: Let me start with the decision by the 9th circuit and the president himself saying to reporters that a new order may be drafted. Is that what you and others are doing right now? Drafting a new order since essentially the 9th circuit seemed to give you a road map of how to draw up something slightly more narrow that would accomplish your goal?
MILLER: We are considering all of our options right now, Chuck. That includes you can continue the appeal on the 9th and seek an emergency stay in the Supreme Court, and you can have a trial hearing on the merits at the district level or a hearing also at the 9th circuit and pursue additional executive actions. The bottom line is we are pursuing every single possible action to keep our country safe from terrorism. I want to be clear. We heard talk about how all of the branches of government are equal. That’s the point. They are equal. There’s no such thing as judicial supremacy. What the judges did is take power away that belongs squarely in the hands of the president of the United States.

I think this Stephen Miller is one of the smartest people around...
I have been so impressed by Stephen Miller, from the very first time he spoke at the DJT rallies.
He has an amazing knowledge base, skill set, and ability to articulate clear, intelligent thought. He is laser-focused on content, and does not take the bait from the marxist media.
Also, very importantly, he is not “repellent”, as we have seen in other candidates.
America would be blessed to have him as President at some future date.
And, unlike Bush and the RINOs in the Congress, Trump will fight until the proper resolution is effected.
He has been ‘Jeff Sessions’ trained, and even when Stephen was in school, people were really impressed with him...President Trump has done Stephen a great service by having him at his side...the training that President Trump can give this man will be amazing along with his own talents to become a very fine President right after President Pence!!!
Amen he will...we have a fighter in office now, and he doesn’t quit and neither will we, his supporters!!!

I still get Trump's emails and while he finally got over his shyness about asking for donations, most of late have been asking to sign petitions to help counter the obstruction from the various entities of the Left. I sign them for me and my wife and still donate to him monthly - I believe if I don't invest myself directly, I have to reassess what I say I stand for.
It's about damn time we have a fighter in the WH who also has the will and the stamina to take on those who would destroy the Constitution and the Freedom of the People!

I know, I looked for it also, still can’t find it...
Maybe it was never there and these Judges are just thinking it was there, they can’t find it either, now they are in trouble, so they don’t quite know what to do???
I think what President Trump did was do this whole thing on purpose to show the American People just how corrupt even Judges are...
We have seen since he has been in the Oval Office, almost everyday, some sort of corruption on some level of our government...and he just keeps doing it...
I love it, and I’m learning a lot because I want to know just what is what and why and causes me to dig for the right of it...
President Trump is a great teacher for the American People if you take the time to search on what he does...

I posted this same theory BEFORE the 9th Circuit ruled.
This is all setting Trump up to replace Ruth Bader Ginsberg (who is dying of cancer) with one from his List of 20.
He knew the Dems would cherrypick the 9th Circuit to challenge and knew he’d lose there.
All setting up his 3-4 next SCOTUS picks. Kennedy and Thomas want to retire. Scalia is already replaced with a solid conservative post confirmation. Ginsberg is dying.
That’s FOUR picks for Trump.
This is all a long game / setup / 4D Trump chess game.
Miller does not agree with Marbury vs Madison.
A point of stare decesis the courts will NEVER overturn.
I like Miller and I watched the morning shows. Miller is direct on message perfectly. We have so many winners in this administration and the left is going nuts. ;)
People think there are a lot of supporters of Trumps that are living in tents, that are dirt poor, and some are, but the most of us are college graduates, have positions in our communities and are very intelligent on politics...
Its the left that is dumb, and I do mean dumb, my 6 year old grandson knows more about life than these idiots out in the protests, riots and roaming the streets burning cars, smashing windows and wearing vaginas to make fools out of themselves!!!
I love Miller, but I kinda think Trump is training Ivanka to be the first female president...after Pence, of course.
It comes down to this: The president doesn’t have power but only if all federal judges agree.
Anyone can find a federal judge to order anything.
The president is not subjected to judicial oversight.
