President Donald Trump said refugees from dangerous locations have flooded the United States ever since a federal judge halted his executive order.
"72% of refugees admitted into U.S. (2/3 -2/11) during COURT BREAKDOWN are from 7 countries: SYRIA, IRAQ, SOMALIA, IRAN, SUDAN, LIBYA & YEMEN," Trump said on Twitter Feb. 12.

Trump, as president, is totally within his right to do what he is trying to do -- stop the hordes with terrorists among them from getting into the US.
The judges are clearly either total idiots or have been paid off.

Refugees. They are coming in with a valid visa via air travel. The problem is that Obama put fasttrack approval processes in place and told custom agents not to ask too many questions just get to yes.

If anyone from these countries who came in under these judges’ orders commits an act of terrorism, these judges should be held responsible.
Then, even the Central Americans trying to game the system would be stuck in Mexico.

I really think Trump should just ignore any order on this issue that does not come from the Supreme Court.

I don’t know Trump doesn’t ignore these lower court orders and continue to enforce his ban. There is plenty of precedent. Trump is looking weak right now.
Trump is playing a dangerous game here with innocent American lives.
People could die because of this.
He should just tell the judges to pound sand!
The judges are the ones putting American lives at risk.
Trump has to handle it very carefully — the Dems are just waiting for him to do something assertive, such as ignore a judges ruling, to start impeachment proceedings against Trump. Then watch what happens to our innocent lives.
lol it takes the same percent of votes to remove a president from office as it takes to amend the constitution. Sorry there is zero possibility of that happening.
When I saw the article was from Politifact, I thought for sure they would say that it was false, but color me surprised. Trump got a “Mostly True” from even liberal Politifact.

Really? I’ll guaran-damn T you that if it happens a single time, Trump will give a national press conference, complete with the immigrant’s offense, as well as a picture of the ruling judge, his name, and the relevant law the judge overlooked (Title 8, section 1182 paragraph f) in his bogus legal decree.
He would mock him to the world in prime time.
I would guess this judge would never safely be able to walk down most streets USA thereafter.
We may very well see this.....
