Neither Obama nor his staff were strategic thinkers, as far as I could tell. Petty revenge is sufficient analysis for their planning.
Tony Shaffer, former CIA analyst and retired U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, told FOX Business Network,
“I would put this right at the feet of John Brennan and Jim Clapper and I would go so far as to say the Obama White House was directly involved before they left. Ben Rhodes and those folks The Democrats are behind this and some of the Republicans are involved with the leaks. So I say Bring it on!”
So the idea here is that Trump himself isn’t eager to ‘expose the Iran deal’? Seems far-fetched but we’ll see soon enough.
WTH is going on here?
President Trump’s guys need to ferret out these treasonous bastards and incarcerate all of them for at least four years. Throw Bonzo in with them for sedition.
I doubt getting Flynn is going to stop Trump from blowing up the stupid and disastrous Iran deal.
This proves how badly President Trump needs to drain the swamp. Not going to happen anytime soon as it could take months or years to get rid of all of the traitors Dems weaseled into positions of power.
Make the message clear: send them on a plane ride overseas - any sea, as long as they are not on board when the plane lands.
Is it not possible to blanket fire all Obama appointees?
These leaks have essentially exposed the fact that we are intercepting the communications of the Russian ambassador. While that can be expected, it nominally exposes a capability that would be up in the SCI world. Following the chain from the intercept to the leak may make for an indictable offense.
The “other instances” Sean Spicer alluded to were comments, by General Flynn, to other members of the Trump administration, including Sean Spicer, himself. Therefore Spicer seemed to indicate that Flynn made comments that were perhaps, ambiguous, or at worst untrue.
Russia is ANTI THE GLOBALIST CABAL. The 0dunga-bots will NOT tolerate ANY talk of alliance with Russia on ANYTHING.
All Flynn had to do was be truthful about his conversation and this alleged plot would have failed.
Very good point.
And I agree, as you laid it out, this most certainly would make the leaks an indictable offense.
I do not know if Trump’s people read this forum but Trump clearly has to wait two or three days, draw all the bastards out of their holes as they brag about their victory and just when they are in high celebration mode, tweet out a hilarious message on Twitter that the resignation of Flynn was just a faint for the very purpose it accomplished. That will guarantee heads explode.
its all going to get worse and worse... Soroz has tons of $$$ left (and not much time to spend some of it, before his kids take over his evil crusade)....
When there is a change of administrations, all political appointees submit their resignations but it takes months to process them all out or decide to keep some, plus there are 8 years worth of federal civil service employees.
The leakers could be civil servant beauracrats.
