Part of where they went wrong is that they oriented their standards to college, career, and life (presumably middle class). What our schools in many places are failing to do is prepare people for work that is NOT college and career oriented, and thus not preparing them for work as carpenters, plumbers, electricians, sheet metal workers, high rise construction workers, heavy equipment drivers, etc. With so much of physical education being dropped from schools, many are not even physically capable of such work. Many Trump voters are drawn from the group who have been utterly neglected with regard to education to do those kinds of work. Instead, businesses have relied on cheap foreign laborers. I seriously question whether a very rich woman who has NO public school experience or exposure will even be aware of this core problem facing the common man.
Today I heard that Texas is considering reverting to the old law, and organized sports indicates no more Super Bowl or other major events if they do.
Your ignorance is vast. Men may piss publicly, but little girls piss in stalls with doors. Be more worried about little ex-girl transgenders watching little boys piss. The horror, the horror.
Interesting input. What about criminal negligence laws? If a local government encourages males to enter girls’ rooms and something happens, I think it’s reasonable to assume gross criminal negligence.

The doors on stalls in girls and women’s school and public bathrooms have locks on the inside. I can remember closing and locking stalls when I was six. Obviously your experience with female rest rooms is rather limited. From the little I’ve seen of male rest rooms, there is usually a long trough to pee in and a few stalls to do do in.
