Rule 8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct under the Federal bar:
It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to:
(c) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation;
For one thing, the complaint that was filed by these idiots apparently intended to quote this rule, but they didn't spell "dishonesty" correctly.
Secondly ... I'm not a lawyer, but I find it hard to believe that any of these rules apply to a lawyer who isn't functioning in any legal capacity. Conway can't even be considered a "lawyer" in her capacity as a White House advisor if her membership in the D.C. bar has lapsed.
