Yes. It is very strange way to sit for a lady in the White House. There is something trashy about this chick. I have nothing against her, but she has no class. Looks like she came from a trailer park.
It is a trashy way to sit; maybe she was repositioning herself, but I am not sure why that would require her to have her feet on the seat. Something is a bit off with her. Dr. Savage seems to hate her.

She grew up in Camden, NJ. Her dad was a trucker, mom worked in a bank... parents divorced when she was 3. She didn't get to go to prep schools or Ivy league colleges, and probably didn't grow up with the country club set.
She wasn't born with a silver spoon like so many we normally see in the D.C. crowd... but she is still remarkably successful in her career. That's what counts in my mind.
Frankly, its nice to see people in the other 99% working in this administration... especially when they're just as talented as the usual 1% folks who normally get these jobs.
