It’s a new day. President Trump doesn’t play by the DeepState rule book.

So Loretta Lynch was signatory on those applications.

Wotta surprise.

Gitmo would be an appropriate place for Loretta Lynch, the likes of SuperMax is reserved for Herself and the Former Occupant of the White Hut, 2009-2017. For ValJar, forced repatriation to Iran sounds quite abundantly suitable.

A “government in exile” probably should BE in exile.

I wonder if the meeting on the plane with Clinton was about tapping Trump's phones.

Oh yes, I've seen several people express exactly that thought, both here at FR, and elsewhere on the internet.

That's because of the very clear timing relationship between the day the "tarmac" incident occurred, and the day the second, modified FISA application was filed.

Lois Lerner is still laughing,

Loretta has nothing to worry about.

No wonder Lynch is calling for blood and death on the streets.

Time for the FBI to investigate her.
Then jail her.

(JIM0216 hat tip)......the issue isn't whether Trump was wiretapped (Obama admitted such and apparently, there was a FISA warrant issued for the wiretapping). The issue is whether there was probable cause to issue a warrant. Probable cause is the reasonable likelihood that a crime is or has been committed by the person or at the place designated........

===============================================

(REAGANGENERATION2 HAT TIP)---Trump should be able to review all 2 or 3 FISA requests (if he hasn’t already), and then let Congress determine if the requesters lied about the probable cause justifying them......then (1) you’d prove perjury, and, even worse, (2) the intent was to abuse executive power.

===========================================

A good beginning....and then it gets downright lethal for the Obama gang:

Via Breitbart, JOHN HAYWARD observed that the FISA court may have approved a warrant submitted without Trump’s name but “which Obama then misused to spy on Trump and many connected to Trump.”

Ergo the most serious legal jeopardy that might be faced would be (a) perjury for lying to the FISA court, and, (b) the dissemination of collected intelligence that should have been kept tightly classified.

===========================================

It is also entirely possible that Obama and his legal team may have perjured themselves before the FISA court by willfully withholding material information in order to manipulate the FISA court’s willingness to permit the government surveillance.

FALSIFYING GOVT DOCUMENTS would fall under the Crimes Act of 1958. Moreover, falsifying official documents is the criminal MO to hide larger crimes.

EXCERPT A person falsifying documents can be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years.

Also, if official government documents or govt authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. Legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting fact-based information
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

It should read “candidate Donald Trump,” as he was not yet President.

Lynch.

It’s more than a name, it’s a suggestion.

So based on the above report, applications to the FISA Court are signed off on by the Attorney General, and therefore if any applications were processed in the past year, they were signed off by none other than Loretta Lynch.

This means that Lynch signed-off on any requests for wire-tapping Donald Trump during the Presidential race. This is disheartening knowing that she released a video over the weekend calling for the need for more “marching, blood and death on the streets”.

This also means that she chose not to investigate the Clinton Foundation for illegal activities, but rather signed an application to wire-tap Trump.

Finally, another very disturbing fact about the wire-tapping request of Trump is that the FISA Court turned down the 0bama Administration’s first request to wire-tap Trump that was evidently signed-off by Attorney General Lynch. With only two applications denied out of 10,700 from 2009 through 2015, the fact that the 0bama Administration’s application was denied by the FISA Court is very disturbing. The odds of this happening were 0.02%.

This was a fishing expedition from the get go. Does anyone believe that Obama did not know about Lynch’s activities?

By law, the AG has to sign off on all warrant requests........so if Obama's request for a warrant was falsified.....she could be in deep-doo-doo.

As for Valerie Jarrett: Valerie dictates a lot of (maybe all of) Obama's actions, it would not be surprising to find out Valerie dictated the details of the FISA operation.

So-o-o-o-o.....did Valerie Jarrett have security clearance high enough to see (or even know about) a FISA warrant request, or that an actual warrant was issued?

Now that's an investigation that should begin ASAP.....one that should certainly bear fruit.

A bombshell in the making, for sure.

Does this mean that Lynch will become very familiar with the undercarriage of Obama’s famous bus as he throws her under the big wheels?
