In any case, and notwithstanding Hillary's history as the very first "birther", if Obama's mother was a US Citizen, he's a US Citizen. It would be more interesting if he claimed not to be s US Citizen in order to secure scholarship money in college or law school. But those records are all sealed, if they haven't been destroyed.

I don't know if its true (hard to know whether anything is true about the bastard beyond that he is a bastard) but its been repeatedly claimed that under the applicable US statue in 1961 having one parent be a citizen was NOT enough to confer US citizenship on a child. And that Stanley Ann didn't meet the additional requirements. If so being born in Kenya would matter because then being born on US soil would be his only argument for US citizenship.
