He worked for the Trump campaign for 1 month and Trump fired him.
Since then he’s opened his mouth in support of Trump but in ways that have just caused trouble. He’s a loose cannon.
The longtime Trump supporter claimed to have been told by doctors that a mysterious and debilitating virus he was suddenly struck with in December was in fact polonium poisoning.
At the time, Stone had just been accused by the Obama administration of having prior knowledge Vladimir Putin was planning to meddle in the election.

Word is that Guccifer 2.0 was CIA who was aware that the DNC had their emails leaked. G 2.0 was a cover story to get in front of it.
Guccifer talked to Stone, and Stone talked to Trump (he claims), and Guccifer may or may not be the Russians.
So therefore it’s a smoking gun that Trump colluded with the Russians to lose the Presidency for Hillary, even though she forgot to campaign for the last three months of the race.
And this somehow justifies Obama intercepting every conversation Trump or anyone working for Trump had while campaigning since last April.
Stone was fired early on in the campaign because he was very negative about Trump and his tactics.
