Russia has sent a clear message to Israel that the rules of the game have changed in Syria and its freedom to act in Syrian skies is over, Syrias ambassador to the United Nations said on Sunday night. Putin sent a clear message, said Bashar Jaafari, speaking on Syrian television. The fact is that the Israeli ambassador [to Russia] was summoned for a conversation only a day after he submitted his credentials [to the Russian Foreign Ministry last Thursday], and was told categorically that this game is over.

Israel has every right to attack systems that will be given to Hizbollah for use against Israel - it's called self defense.
Israel used it’s advanced Arrow ABM shield to shoot down a Syrian SSM 2 days ago. Some say it was heading for Jerusalem. Things are heating up over there...
Does China have a right to attack anti-north Korea weapons movement in the state of Washington today? I guess so?
That is funny. I needed a belly laugh.
” who’s side are you on” .That is a valid question and deserves a very clear answer so you won’t continue in your confusion. I am on the side of the United States and it’s citizens . I am not on the side of globalist impirialism or disregard of settled international law that works both ways and protects this land from foreign invasion or aggression but if that aggression comes we should annihilate the intruder that has no right to be here. I respect the rule of law so we don’t we end up with another Iraq disaster.
Next question.
Bingo. The warning implies that the Israelis had been permitted to attack targets inside Syria until now, but that permission has ended. With the S-400, if its capabilities are as they’re reported to be, that’s a warning that should be taken seriously.
I think the Israelis have a few F-35s at this point. They may be the first ones to see actual combat. It’ll be interesting to see if they’re successful in the SEAD mission in that environment. The S-400 is reported to be able to engage and destroy stealth platforms.
If they think they can absorb the cost of doing so they can do pretty much anything they want.
Two large oceans and the fact that for all practical purposes there’s “a rifle behind every blade of grass” is what protects us from invasion. “International law” doesn’t do jack to protect us from anything.
>Looks like the S-400 is about to get its first real world test.
A real test of a modern SAM system would be wonderful. So far everything has just been talk but no real tests.
>I absolutely called this. I even predicted the timing. Israel has no right whatsoever to attack the anti-isis forces in Syria. They attacked a supply convoy of the Assad government. I predicted that would stir the Russians. Here is a clue to all countries out side the sovereign state of Syria under international law. STAY THE HELL OUT OF THEIR COUNTRY. The Russians are invited there with the Iranians to legally fend off the Islamic State forces from overthrowing the duly constituted and elected sovereign government of Syria. GET OUT!! If this is just a warning, Israel is very lucky.
This is spiraling out of control and is likely to lead to real war.
>Exactly, just as our country would have every right to to protect ourselves from a nation arming itself for war against us- IF we saw any nation sending Isis weapons, we would do the same- I guess some folks dont believe a sovereign nation like Israel has a right to protect themselves the same way that we would do
True and the Russians and Syrians have every right to shoot back.
