I seem to remember that BJ Clinton had an Indonesian donor who had Clinton put the largest USA low sulfur coal parcel off market. Its was someware in Utah.

We could and should reverse that. Clintons were working against America’s interests.

Yes, BJ Clinton created a vast new “national monument” that locked up at least $1 trillion worth of coal (probably a lot more) forever. Chief beneficiary was/is the illegal campaign donors at the Lippo Group in Indonesia who control the other large deposit of similar coal:

There seems to be much dispute about whether a POTUS can revoke a NM declaration, though from what I read it is clear that a POTUS can “modify” existing NMs. So it may be that the best way forward to avert successful legal challenges may be not to undo the existence of a NM but to reduce or constrict its scope. Still sure to provoke undying libtard paroxysms of rage.....

The key coalfields locked up by the Clinton NM are only in around 3500 acres of land, I understand (practically a postage stamp size in the vastness that is Utah). So there may well be a way to single out that plot of land and access to it without revoking the entire NM (which might be harder to succeed legally).

Ofc, there is no doubt that Congress could pass a bill revoking any NM. There would still be the outpourings of legal and political rage from the left, but the surest way to secure such a change long term may be through legislation.

I believe you’re referring to the Grand Staircase National Monument. It put a huge amount of acreage in Utah full of resources completely off limits. It was also rushed through with minimal discussion. I remember hearing that when Leon Panetta first saw it, his first reaction was that it could cost Bill Orton (at the time, the only democrat in congress from Utah) his seat, and it did.
