The photography of Trump's presidency is a huge break from Obama's

Many of the most iconic photos of Barack Obama’s presidency came from Pete Souza, the official White House photographer. Granted extensive access to Obama, he shot the Osama Bin Laden war room photo, moments the president shared with Michelle Obama, the many famous images of the president interacting with kids, and countless more. These carefully composed photos so defined the public image of Obama that it nearly made Souza a household name.

In its visual representation, as in so many other respects, the Trump administration has made a break with the past. Most of what we see of Trump comes from either the traveling pool of press photographers or the smartphones of his staff...

The new administration does have an official photographer in Shealah Craighead, who was hired in late January. She was the personal photographer for first lady Laura Bush, as well as the photo editor for Vice President Dick Cheney...

Probably referring to the umbrella photograph, or possibly the one where he is hanging drapes.....

I remember seeing a photo of the halls around the Oval Office showing multiple places where photos of Obama had hung.

Well, there’s that iconic photo of Obama with his feet on the desk. How about that one where he is riding a bicycle (tricycle) with the safety helmut on, just oozing raw presidential power. And the collage of him bowing to all those world leaders....

Yes. He and Mooch utterly befuddled by their umbrella in a doorway. Classic!

The War Room photo. The Obama worshiping media made it famous, or tried to.

The left is trying really, REALLY hard to make me care about things I don’t care about.

Hee Hee, I noticed that too. Iconic photographs of Obama? Give me a break. There`s nothing about that fraud that wasn`t staged or fake, including the photos.

What “famous photographs” of Barak?

I can recall a few infamous photos of Barak Hussein Obama.

There's the selfie he did using a camera on a selfie stick, all smiles.

Then another of him admiring a portrait of himself hanging on the all, all smiles.

Another of him in the Oval Office with his feet up on the Resolute Desk, more smiling.

With this Obama guy, it's all about him. Ugly.

His selfie stick pictures are the epitome of his narcissism. He is mentally ill. That’s why he rose so high in the Democrat party. It’s a resume enhancer.

There was a Ramirez cartoon a few days ago (with Nixon's ghost appearing to Obama, like the Ghost of Christmas Past in A Christmas Carol). On the nightstand Obama had a photo of himself and a coffee cup with "I (heart) ME" on it.

Do the "famous" photographs of The Won include the one of Obama looking at the moon when Neil Armstrong died?

Yep, I remember the war room photo. Barry looked like a bump on a log, as if he had been brought in just for the photo then quickly whisked out of the way so the grown ups could get on with business. Some even suggested at the time that he was photoshopped into the image.

I recall a photo from the early days of the Obama residency. It showed him walking down a hallway, with his nose in the air. Looked just like some of Mussolini’s poses.

Hard to describe precisely his appearance in that photo. But it is not that of a person in charge.

He isn’t even at the table.
