According to Bolton, Rice had to have a legitimate national security reason to make unmasking, etc. requests of the NSA.
And if she gave what sounded like a legitimate reason when her real reason was political, she's in trouble.

What about jeopardy in civil court? I read that Rice could be sued by private citizens for damages—that she has no immunity in that regard.

Agreed. As someone said today on the radio because this is all classified material, which they have to produce the evidence in court, which is why the government often does not prosecute these cases to protect the classified information and how it was obtained.

Maybe nothing at all will happen to the bad guys, but Trump gives me hope.
For the FIRST TIME in modern History we have a President who isn’t owned by anyone and uses technology on a daily basis to make the MSMedia more and more impotent.
