“You bring up a great point. Why hasn’t Sessions made a move? “

Because Clinton isn’t going anywhere and the administration has more important things to do at this time.

“...Trump’s shot across her bow...”

I like this line of thinking and agree.

Why hasn't Sessions made a move? Supposedly the charges would be a slam dunk, yet nothing has been done.

I think she's simply too big to jail. Her billionaire supporters in the USA and Saudi Arabia would use their MSM lackeys to send out a constant drumbeat of "sexist Trump" and "malicious political prosecution" messages that could not be overcome without stone cold visual evidence that even the 80 IQ crowd could not deny. Sessions and Trump probably figure that for now it's better to let her keep squirming over what they might some day do to her .

Well then MR President, why are you not letting the prosecution of the most lawbreaking woman in American politics go to trial?

Wasn't this one of your campaign promises that you duped millions of voters with?

I hope Sessions has a mega MAGA team putting together a case — or caseS — to take down the old battle axe

There fixed it for you..... I was only told what MAGA meant the other day. Caught holy hell over trying to find out about it. Put "bs" in the question about it and you would have thought I tried to assassinate the President or the dog catcher or something.

Jeeze these Trumpbots are meaniees.

I think Trump should get rid of every Obama holdover. He wants to say “innocent until proven guilty”. I say no. Given Obama himself was essentially the Enemy in Chief, the presumption should be guilty until proven innocent. The presumption should be that Obama people are corrupt and the presumption can only be rebutted with clear and convincing evidence the Obama holdover is loyal to the Constitution and not corrupt. Without that clear and convincing evidence the Obama holdovers should be booted outta there.

Trump’s reasoning for keeping Comey seems to be based on Trump’s observation of Comey’s personal loyalty to his bosses. But personal loyalty is NOT the priority of Comey’s job. As in officer of the government, Comey is to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution, the rule of law in the U.S.

“Personal loyalty” in place of loyalty to America is what corrupt Washington D.C. is all about. Trump’s own penchant for personal loyalty, an asset in the free market, is a liability in government. Trump has to curb his penchant for personal loyalty, which is an admirable personal strength of his, because in government, loyalty to the Constitution and America’s interests trump personal loyalty. Otherwise, you don’t belong in government.

Being an officer in the government, especially the Chief Executive Officer, requires personal sacrifice even to the pain of sometimes going against your personal moral instincts in favor of loyalty to America and the Constitution. To that degree, Trump is acting selfishly in NOT sacrificing his admirable personal instincts for the higher call of duty to country.

Weiner’s laptop was the motherload. I suspect one couldn’t dream of better evidence. All guilty parties really should have been locked up by now.

What sticks in the American People’s throats is this:

NO ONE should be ABOVE the law.

IMO, until they are held to account the same as any of us would have been, there will be no restoration of our republic.

Hey Donald, put up or shut up. You control the DOJ, stop whining like a little girl, and do something., about Hillary and Rice, or just shut up.

Trump says, "I don't want to talk about that" says to me, "Don't worry, Sessions is working on it. C'mon we just got here. It's going to take at least a year to unravel the Clinton Foundation, if not longer."

without stone cold visual evidence that even the 80 IQ crowd could not deny. Sessions and Trump probably figure that for now it's better to let her keep squirming over what they might some day do to her.

Yup. Hillary herself said if Trump wins, "We'll all hang." Let her stew in the pot. She knows about US 2071:

And not talked about much but what about War Crimes charges for the Arab Spring, the Libyan bloodbath, the Syrian bloodbath, the torture, rapes, murders, beheadings, the mess in Iraq, Benghazi? . . How many lives lost due to her foreign policy decisions? Another whole research area and legal investigation.

With Hillary, it's like where do you begin? Email mess, server fiasco with hacker backdoor to our whole federal database, Clinton Foundation and all of it's tentacles, Clinton Global initiative, pay to play, quid pro quo, money that's disappeared from the State Department? The list goes on and on.

As I mentioned before, I hope Trump authorizes hiring 10,000 new legal and various investigative assistants in the Justice Department to focus just on the above mentioned crimes. Go Jeff Sessions! Justice has to be done as a precedent for future generations.

Trump admin probably has no interest in prosecuting Hillary...yet. 2020’s coming soon enough. 2018’s a good time start.
