Comey can’t stop Sessions from prosecuting the old crook.

You bring up a great point. Why hasn't Sessions made a move? Supposedly the charges would be a slam dunk, yet nothing has been done. Everyday she remains free is a day Trump is facilitating another day of the rich and powerful win.
Now that we have a more reasonable prosecutor in charge of the Justice Dept., I say let’s give prosecution a try.
Comey is hard to pin point but he does always seem to come down on the progressive side.

Trump still has only Sessions at the just-us department, and Sessions recused himself over anything election. Which could be taken as just about, well, anything Hillary. His #2 and #3 are STILL not confirmed by the foot dragging senate. They just made it out of committee last week.
Once they are sworn in, watch the firings begin, and then the prosecutions. I hope.
Sessons' knee-jerk recusal was really a stupid move. A willing Face plant into a trap.
Sessions has been on the job only a few weeks. He may not have had time to even find the restrooms. But one thing of which I am certain is that he has his people working on a multitude of crimes and that Hilary’s escapades are among them.
Comey is dirty AND it appears that someone had dirt on Nunes and got to him to step down; however I remain confident that the truth will come out.
How Comey handled her has nothing to do with it. That was then and this is now.
I hope Sessions has a mega team putting together a case — or caseS — to take down the old battle axe.
I want to believe all the prosecutions are still a go, just on hold.
Sessions recused himself from any 2016 campaign probes. I am sure the uniparty will say it covers Hillary too.

Comey knew Hillary had a prior history of lying and obstructing. Finds the same behavior in the server debacle and there is no indictment in either case ?
