Police really, really don't want to hurt the poor man it seems... never seen such a timid approach in my life.
There was a program on TV a month or so ago.
Pairs of contestants tried to evade ‘capture’ by a group of law enforcement officers for 30 days.
Out of 9 pairs two evaded the sleuths.
One of the law men’s best weapons was license plate readers in the medians of highways.(something I didn’t know existed) Once they knew the plate they could track them.
Seems to me the police could or have at least located the general area of this guy.
