Easy fix....stop tacking AFFIRMATIVE ACTION KIDS WHO CAN’T COPE and do a better job in screening and accepting ALL students, no matter what race or ethnicity they are.

A Ph.D. in enviromental studies from MIT came to the maritime college in Maine to talk about her studies in “global warming” The guest speaker was a female snowflake. Withing 15 minutes of her presentation, five students raised their hands. These senior marine systems engineering students all at the same time recognized four major errors in the paper she was presenting. Errors significant enough to destroy her theories of human caused global warming.

Awwwww, poor little snowflakes gots too much work to do.................................

Good thing for these snowflakes they didn't have Dr. Erwin Graue as their faculty advisor. He was 77 when I first met him in Sept of '72, and he did not suffer fools lightly. He was my macroecon teacher my junior year, and there was nowhere to hide: there were five students in the class.

I graduated from Gonzaga in four years with 141 semester hours, as I changed majors my sophomore year. I took 21 hours in 3 of my last 4 semesters. ROTC took another 15-20 hours a week, too. Gonzaga's core curriculum included 12 hours of philosophy and six hours of religion. I still wonder how I was able to graduate in 4 years.

Umm, no I don't...it was out of necessity. I was going into the Army after my 4 years at GU: either as a 2nd LT (with a degree), or as a Spec 4 (without a degree). The choice was simple.

Duh, where is there a recognition that the turn to “diversity” i.e. Reverse Racism is the reason for the decline in the quality of student? Somewhere out there are a bunch of Asians dumped to allow Blacks and Hispanics to take their spots.

Students run the show now.

Wait until these poor dears enter the work force. Are they ever in for a big surprise.

18-25 years old, and nobody has ever said NO!

Imagine when they get a job, then start trying to tell the owner or manager how things will be run.

In my world, they’d comply with the guidelines of the university or be kicked out.

If they protested or disrupted, gone!

You’re here to learn, not instruct me or the administration and faculty.

You don’t like it here. We’ll stick with those that do.

Bye!

Harvey Mudd is probably doomed. It's the only STEM component of the otherwise purely liberal-arts Claremont Consortium, and is surrounded by avatars of political correctness and grievance nurture. Academic rigor is proving to be detrimental to the feelings of the academically feeble, and it is likely to be academic rigor that is shoved to the wayside.

This was, incidentally, where the Battle Of The Five Colleges took place during World War Z. Mindless zombies overrunning the place turned out not to be fiction after all.

Cyrano Jones sold tribbles. Harcourt Fenton Mudd made androids (and gynoids).

Do they have a robotics program?

Harvey Mudd is one of the top science/engineering schools in the country. That's like asking if Caltech has a math program.
