This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can’t be done? And if we do not try, right now, it most certainly won’t be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.
But I tell you this: We will not go gently into their collectivist good night. Indeed, we make with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from our November ’16 day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.
And perhaps when we are gone, the scattered, free survivors hiding in the ruins of our once-great republic will sing of our deeds in forbidden songs, tending the flickering flame of individual liberty until it bursts forth again, as it must, generations later. We will live forever, like the Spartans at Thermopylae, in sacred memory.

Just a thought. Both houses of Congress are not controlled. They are one entity controlled by the 'Uniparty'. There is really very little difference between the two parties. The are certainly, neither one, in favor of Trump's policies, nor do they see eye to eye with him. There are not in business to MAGA. They are only in business to make themselves great. The Democrats and Republican Congresspersons are ONE.

Voters who truly want to restore America should follow the Rule of Six. If the incumbent has been in office for six years or more, vote for someone else.

After yrs of hearing this idea, I have finally realized that you are right. Our reps go to DC to do what they believe and have promised. Then they get bought - and the donors, the special interests/lobbyists etc take over and the parties become one ie uniparty.
I don’t have much hope except some major incident like world war or other catastrophic world event.
Neither does the Prez who shaking in his boots and staring at the bully pulpit across the room. What is he.. paralyzed with fear? Another executive orders only prez.. Clearly not a leader of men. Do nothing prez deserves a do nothing congress.
